What do I bring to my New Patients appointment?

Insurance cards, Photo ID, Any/All medications, Current Health records from former Physician, New Patient Packet (Which we will mail to you before the schedule appointment)

What are the office hours?

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday: 8:30am-4:30 pm

Wednesday/Friday: 8:30am-12 noon

Saturday: By Appointment 

Sunday: Closed

Holidays: Closed

Are you available to see us for sick visits?

We have same day visits for urgent medical issues. Please call in the morning for same day appointments. We always try our best to fit you in the same day to see the doctor.

What if i need my prescription refilled?

Please contact your pharmacy directly for medications refills. If you need a prescription refill, we ask for at least a day to process your request. We may request an office visit prior to refilling your medication. Please do not call the on call physician for medication refills. Refills are done only during business hours. 

How can I contact the doctor outside of regular office hours?

If it is an urgent matter that cannot wait till the office re-opens, please call 911. Please call our office and follow the voice mail prompts on how to reach the physician.

What do I do if I need to talk to the doctor during regular hours?

Please call the office. During regular office hours, the doctor will most likely be seeing other patients. In case of an emergency, the doctor can be available. For non-emergency issues, the doctor will be notified to return the phone call within 24-72 hours.

What if I need to be admitted to the hospital?

Doctor Mansourati admits to Memorial Hospital of RI.

What if I need to get my Blood Work Drawn? 

We have an on-site Memorial Hospital Laboratory. No appointment needed. Bring Medical Cards with you.

Thursday 8:30 am  to 5:30 pm
