Diabetes Group Visits:
Diabetes group visits are a great way for individuals with diabetes and their families to discuss and improve skills in dealing with the daily challenges of living with diabetes. Visits include an open forum discussion attended by, along with patients and their family members, the physician, the diabetes educator and the pharmacist. Patients also have a one-on-one meeting at the end of the visit with each of the team members.
