Connie is certified in geriatric and palliative care. She is experienced in caring for adults of all ages. she is welcoming new patients.
Fairlawn Primary Care's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care to our patients. We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own family members.
We are a full-service adult primary care of dedicated, experienced physicians who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. Our physicians believe in providing comprehensive health care services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible.

Sharon Campbell, RN, CDOE
working in conjunction with Dr. Mansourati for the improvement of health and wellbeing of all our patients. Sharon is a certified diabetic outpatient educator. In addition to being a great diabetes education resource, she provides general nutritional counseling, advise with weight management, disease management and a spectrum of other health concerns.
